Dakota Dunes Development wanted to construct and occupy a new Class A office building within nine months. Recognizing W. A. Klinger’s fast-track construction capabilities, the developer brought Klinger into the project during the design stage. Klinger started fast-track construction in late August and completed the 45,000 square-foot building early the following spring.

Klinger constructed the building’s exterior using exposed aggregate precast panels. These unique panels provide an attractive blend of colors that enhance the building’s beauty.
