Two-story state-of-the-art facility featuring a full-size gymnasium with a basketball court, two cross-court basketball courts, a volleyball court, and three-lane walkway/jogging track.  A cardio fitness area with treadmills, elliptical machines, and other cardio equipment, as well as both large and small rooms for fitness classes, and a strength training room are located within the facility to provide students with an on-campus option for working out.

Offices of the student senate and coordinator of student activities are also located within the facility, as well as areas for students to gather, socialize, play video games, and watch television. 

Initially designed to meet LEED Silver certification requirements, the Robert E. Dunker Student Center project exceeded these standards and was awarded the LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
