With the rapid growth in demand for same day surgery facilities, the Siouxland Surgery Center needed the capacity to add space for new patient rooms and increased staffing. The Surgery Center selected W.A. Klinger, L.L.C. to provide design/build services on a fast-track basis for this expansion. Construction consisted of ten overnight patient rooms, a physical therapy room, a nurse's station, staff rooms, offices, and laundry facilities. W.A. Klinger provided a high quality facility months ahead of the conventional design then build process. In addition, Klinger completed the project under budget and the Owner realized a significant savings.
