He has handled a multitude of healthcare projects including the most recently completed operating room addition and major remodel at St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center, as well as the new Siouxland Family Healthcare facility. Matt has specialized in new healthcare construction as well as complicated remodel projects. He carries an HCCP certificate.

Nick Mathistad graduated from the Wayne State College with a B.S. in Industrial Management with concentrations in Construction Planning and Design, and has been with W. A. Klinger since 2013. Nick has been involved in construction his entire life due to a strong influence from his father, Gregg, who worked as a W. A. Klinger labor foreman for 35 years. He has a strong background in pre-construction and cost estimating, and oversees the management of field personnel resources. Nick and his wife, Erin, live in Akron, Iowa, with their two daughters, Claire and Nora.
Nick was promoted to Vice President in April 2019.

Chad is a motivated project manager skilled in project leadership and construction personnel development with 18 years of construction management experience and has been with W. A. Klinger since 2017. He is experienced with preconstruction project development, bid administration, schedule, and budget management and is responsible for estimating, scheduling, and coordinating all phases of construction projects.
Chad was promoted to Vice President in February 2020.

Ryan Bolinger is a graduate of the construction engineering program at Iowa State University. He has been with W.A. Klinger since 2011 and performed construction management and project engineering duties for a educational, commercial, healthcare, and industrial structures. Ryan is responsible for all aspects of the project, including estimating, scheduling, and labor/materials coordination.
Ryan was promoted to Senior Project Manager in April 2019.

Chad Willer, joined W. A. Klinger in 2002 as an Assistant Project Manager and CADD Technician. He holds a two-year Architectural Design certification and is responsible for CADD operations as well as estimating and project management for healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities. Chad was promoted to Project Manager in July 2023.

Before joining the W. A. Klinger team in 2021, Olivia worked for the U.S. Marine Corps in Virginia as a Program Analyst, providing program support for their tactical imagery system in the U.S. and overseas. Olivia and her then-fiance, Seth, who was a U.S. Marine, relocated to San Diego, CA, in 2017, where she joined the construction division on the Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base. For four years, she forecasted and tracked construction projects for five military installations within the Marine Corps, focusing on budgets, funding, and planning on all facets of construction. Olivia and Seth were married in 2021 and relocated to Sioux City. Olivia was promoted to the role of Project Manager in July 2023.

Drew joined W. A. Klinger as a Project Engineer in 2024, bringing with him three years of prior construction experience. He earned his B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Drew is an active member of the Nebraska Army National Guard, serving as a Cavalry Scout. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the gym, hunting, and fishing. Drew is engaged to Abigail Van Dyke, with their wedding set for November 16. He also has two dogs, Malachi, a Golden Retriever, and Penny, a Golden Doodle.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Brook originally joined the W. A. Klinger administrative support team in 1993 and has worked in both the corporate office and field. After taking a hiatus from 2001-2003, she worked in the field for nearly two years as an on-site assistant, focusing on safety, subcontracts, site orientations, and team logistics during the construction of the Tyson Events Center. Upon completion of the project, she worked part-time in the healthcare industry, focusing on data analysis, labor forecasting, software administration and support, and continuous improvement. She also spent five years in the event and tourism industry, working with labor scheduling and forecasting.
In March 2017, Brook rejoined W. A. Klinger as part of the on-site construction management team for the Royal Canin project in North Sioux City, South Dakota, where she worked as a liaison to the owner's safety team and assisted with safety-related issues, site orientations, and construction coordination meetings. Most recently, she returned to her role as administrative assistant for the project management team in the corporate office, providing support for bid solicitation, project management, and marketing.

Briar Cliff University | Sioux City, IAMike joined W. A. Klinger as a Project Engineer, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous role as a self-employed residential contractor. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from Briar Cliff University. With 10 years of experience working with a local telecommunications company as a Project Manager, Construction Foreman, and Mapping Technician, Mike brings a strong background in project leadership. Outside of work, Mike is married with four awesome kids. He enjoys playing music in local bands, outdoor activities, hanging out with friends, and watching movies with his kids. He also volunteers as a youth sports coach.

Cari joined W. A. Klinger as a Project Engineer in 2024, following a successful summer internship with the company. She graduated from Wayne State College with degrees in Drafting & Design and Construction Management. During her time at W. A. Klinger, Cari has worked on several notable projects, including the Cherokee Hospital Renovation, USD Union Building Renovation, and Wilson Trailer plant remodel in Lennox, SD.
Outside of work, Cari is actively involved in her community, serving on the Thurston County Ag Society and the Dakota-Thurston County Fair Board. Originally from rural Northeast Nebraska, she enjoys staying connected with the local agricultural community and contributing to the success of local events.
