Gunderson's Jewelry has a completely new look and location in Sioux City thanks to the professional GC services provided by W.A. Klinger. Established in 1945, Gunderson's had long outgrown its most recent location at the Terra Centre in Downtown Sioux City. The new 13,000 SF stand-alone facility comfortably meets Gundersonís needs for more office space, convenient customer access, and enhanced retail displays. An aggressive construction schedule allowed the beautiful new store to open just in time for the busy holiday buying season. 

A particularly challenging aspect of the new building's construction was its 360-degree round rotunda. Fitting all of the steel for this 2½-story, glass encased feature required exceptional labor coordination and material phasing. Completed, however, the rotunda provides Gundersonís with a beautiful and unique display area fit for their diamond finery. The new building design also allows for a "private showing" area for special purchases such as wedding bands and anniversary gift pieces.
