MOC-FLOYD VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT RECEIVES REBATE FOR GEOTHERMAL SYSTEM

North West REC, Iowa presented a rebate check in the amount of $100,000 to the MOC-Floyd Valley School District for the installation of a geothermal system at the district's new elementary school in Orange City, Iowa. 

As Construction Manager, W. A. Klinger was proud to be a partner of MOC-Floyd Valley and CMBA Architects for the construction of this exciting project.  Students began utilizing the new facility in the Fall of 2023.

 

Project Scope:

New Elementary School = 134,000 SF

High School Addition & Renovations = 9,000 SF
