PROJECT OVERVIEW
This ambulatory surgery facility boasts three operating rooms, a PACU unit, ten pre/post operating rooms, and six comfort suites for longer recovries, as well as a traveler’s suite, medical spa, plastics area, and medical lab.
The 2-story, 46,000 SF surgical center and medical office building sits directly on the banks of the Missouri River and features state-of-the-art finishes.
During construction the owner reconfigured the Cath Lab, added exterior signage, additional doors and casework, and a cafe, but the project was completed on time—in just 13 months.
