The American Pop Corn Company wanted to expand their corporate office building. However, there was not enough space between the offices and adjacent facilities to expand the building. W. A. Klinger participated in an innovative solution. They constructed a second floor above the existing one-story office building. The Klinger team also wrapped the building with a brick veneer to blend the new addition with the original structure. Klinger completed this difficult project on schedule and under budget.
