W.A. Klinger was instrumental in the creation of the largest building addition in St. Luke's +35-year history. The project entailed construction of a new freestanding, four-story outpatient center and a 426-car parking ramp. Despite demanding design specifications and limited space for construction staging, Klinger completed the entire project on time and under budget, with all savings returned to the Owner. The center features five high tech same-day surgery suites, an airy reception area and an imaging center for mammography, ultrasound, and dexa scanning services. It  also houses newly constructed physician clinics and patient support services. This new outpatient center features an eyecatching color scheme, a spacious layout, a children's play area, and a coffee bar - all designed to maximize patient comfort and  convenience. Dubbed Physician Center Two, the new structure connects by skywalk to the new parking ramp built next to St. Luke's Physician Center One, formerly known as Grandview Professional Center.
