W.A. Klinger was selected to build this landmark facility located on the main boulevard of Dakota Dunes. The campus features a waterfall, stone planters, and Mankato limestone exterior walls. The roof system is sloped standing seam metal with two prominent stone chimneys and a glass skylight. The second floor features two exterior balconies with an exterior fireplace and grill.

The interior finishes are top-shelf quality and workmanship, featuring stone plank flooring from Mongolia, 3/4” thick wood flooring and carpet interior. Alder wood trim is included throughout. Wood doors are alder wood with finish hardware imported from Scotland. Granite, sable, and onyx stone countertops are prominently displayed along with cherry wood cabinets and alder wood custom casework.
